Stratgem has developed loss in weight and Gain in Weight systems with our partner Ingredient Batching System . Our systems are also designed and supplied with Direct In and Direct Out Loss in Weigh feeders. We also offer system with Rotary airlock or screw feeder wherein VFD is envisaged for controlling the powder feed rate. The system initially runs in full mode and discharges 95% powder and then it goes in dribble mode to ensure proper weighing accuracy is achieved. We also have solution wherein Volumetric vibratory feeder arrangement is given to ensure further accuracy.
