Closed Loop Conveying

Both positive and vacuum based lean phase conveying systems can also be used by recirculating and introduction of Inert gas (N2) for explosive material by ensuring low oxygen in the conveying air. This close loop conveying ensures powder transfer without human interference. To dissipate the heat generated during the conveying process a heat exchanger is considered. With a Special design Rotary valves we ensure bare minimum N2 consumption for better operation and cost reliable solutions.
